The interior build-out of a medical office building including an upscale dining room and kitchen, market, Starbucks coffee franchise, and a banking branch location.
The goal of the new Wishard hospital campus project is to update and replace all existing buildings and function in the health network. The new campus is located near downtown Indianapolis consists of a replacement hospital, ambulatory clinic, and medical office building and garage. All buildings are connected by a second-story corridor, know as the north-south spine. BSA LifeStructures was charged with the core and shell and interior build-out of the medical office building I worked with the design team during design development and construction document phases, and construction and interior work of the first-floor clinic space and the core building service spaces on each floor: restrooms, elevator lobbies, etc. The portion of the project highlighted here I coordinated the design and construction documents with the project manager, owner, MEP and kitchen consultants, and interior designer.
